Asher Informatics Names Aaron Sullivan Chief Executive Officer as FORGE™ Enters Commercial Growth Phase

Appointment follows health system demand since FORGE's move from pilot to commercial release

PITTSBURGH, PA, August 4, 2026 — Asher Informatics, a healthcare AI governance company, today announced the appointment of Aaron Sullivan as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Sullivan succeeds Co-Founder and Board Chair Charlotte Kalafut in the operating role.

The appointment follows FORGE's transition from pilot deployments to general commercial release. Since then, health systems have moved from initial interest into active pricing and contracting conversations, a signal that AI governance has become a budgeted priority rather than a future consideration for hospital and health system buyers.

"I've known Aaron for more than 25 years. In that time, he built commercial organizations for technically complex healthcare products, including a first-of-its-kind molecular imaging line and a digital health AI platform business that he took from concept to a multimillion-dollar pipeline within two years, signing dozens of B2B partners in a regulated industry. That is the combination of commercial and health AI experience our customers need as they scale AI governance across their organizations," said John F. Kalafut, PhD, Co-Founder and Chief AI and Technology Officer at Asher Informatics.

Health systems that have piloted or deployed AI tools are increasingly recognizing the risk of doing so without enterprise-level oversight. FORGE gives hospitals and health systems that infrastructure directly, including AI performance audits, maturity modeling, and governance blueprints, run independently and owned by each health system rather than outsourced to a vendor.

"The partnerships that work are built on shared risk. Healthcare doesn't need more AI hype; it needs a nimble way to clear the real obstacles standing between a promising tool and safe adoption. AI in medicine is moving on an exponential curve, and our job is to make sure health organizations have intentional and defensible strategies for AI enablement," said Sullivan.
